Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Manager to inform company strategy through financial analysis and build scalable processes for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial alignment and prepare monthly variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or startup finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills; proficiency with planning tools is a plus
• Ability to think in frameworks to solve complex problems
• A willingness to take on tasks to ensure company success and a desire to improve the U.S. healthcare system
