Front-End Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Front-End Specialist, Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry/review and clerical duties specific to Front-End functions
• Assist in Back End efforts such as Picking, Packing, and Manifesting based on business needs
• Support department training and new hire onboarding as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• 1 year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or call center setting
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, or similar software programs
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
• Active pharmacy technician license or certification preferred as required by state regulations
