Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of 15-20 high-engagement customers, ensuring satisfaction and value delivery
- Drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities to enhance customer retention and growth
- Develop and execute tailored customer success plans, leading Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of direct Customer Success Management or account management experience in SaaS or a related field
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of 15-20 customers with a strong track record of success
- Experience using a Customer Success Management Platform
- Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Success best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
