Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative to manage claims processing and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
• Analyze trends and generate necessary reports
• Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards consistently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in an office, healthcare, or pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate complex computer systems
• Ability to work from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime
