A company is looking for a Client Success Consultant - Commercial Card.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client inquiries regarding card and Accounts Payable Automation program, including complex integrations
- Provide consultation on program setup and assist with ERP and Expense Management solutions
- Resolve client escalations and integration issues, ensuring adherence to Service-Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with direct experience in commercial card
- Experience in ERP system integrations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage file integrations
- Proficiency with PCs and standard Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and API language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
