Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps specialist
- Knowledge of cloud networking and troubleshooting on at least one cloud provider
- Experience with SSL/TLS and various authentication techniques
- Proven experience troubleshooting applications in Linux/Unix environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes management or Infrastructure as Code tools
