Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps specialist
  • Knowledge of cloud networking and troubleshooting on at least one cloud provider
  • Experience with SSL/TLS and various authentication techniques
  • Proven experience troubleshooting applications in Linux/Unix environments
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes management or Infrastructure as Code tools
