Key Responsibilities
- Review customer information and ensure compliance with rental standards
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat interactions with customers
- Assist multiple customers simultaneously while providing accurate information and support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 year of phone customer service experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume inbound call environments
- Technical proficiency with required computer specifications
- Ability to work independently after initial training
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
