Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the support contact for enterprise accounts, building strong, consultative relationships

  • Assist in onboarding and configuring new and existing client environments to ensure smooth adoption and early value
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles
  • Experience with enterprise accounts; finance or private equity exposure is a plus
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and growth
  • Comfort using data to inform strategies and deliver insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
