Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the support contact for enterprise accounts, building strong, consultative relationships
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Assist in onboarding and configuring new and existing client environments to ensure smooth adoption and early value
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles
- Experience with enterprise accounts; finance or private equity exposure is a plus
- Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and growth
- Comfort using data to inform strategies and deliver insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
