A company is looking for a Client Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone communication
- Assist clients in using online tools and resources effectively
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve client issues and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, and/or fintech
- Experience in a client-facing role is preferred
- Series 7 and 66 preferred (or must be obtained within 3 months of joining)
- Passion for delighting clients and excitement about the company's mission
