Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods within the Consumer Experience Center
  • Provide exceptional customer service while treating all consumers and colleagues with dignity and respect
  • Document all interactions and update consumer records in relevant technology systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of prior experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
  • Ability to articulate the mission of the organization and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic typing skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
