Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Team Member to assist in corporate travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal and external support for the Corporate Team, including quality control and PNR data interpretation
- Assist front line agents with GDS questions, online rejects, and unused tickets
- Make process improvement recommendations and undertake self-development to enhance skills
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the Corporate Travel industry
- Experience with GDS systems, specifically SABRE, and advanced knowledge of GDS formats
- Familiarity with back-office systems, such as TRAMS
- Ability to work productively in a self-directed environment
- Openness to feedback and adaptability in a learning environment
