Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Team Member to assist in corporate travel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide internal and external support for the Corporate Team, including quality control and PNR data interpretation
  • Assist front line agents with GDS questions, online rejects, and unused tickets
  • Make process improvement recommendations and undertake self-development to enhance skills
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the Corporate Travel industry
  • Experience with GDS systems, specifically SABRE, and advanced knowledge of GDS formats
  • Familiarity with back-office systems, such as TRAMS
  • Ability to work productively in a self-directed environment
  • Openness to feedback and adaptability in a learning environment
