- Provide advanced guidance on Fortellis API functionality and conduct targeted webinars to enhance customer engagement
- Resolve advanced-level client issues and mentor junior staff on best practices and client engagement strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced familiarity with dealership systems and operations
- Knowledge of CDK applications and the automotive industry
- Sales engineer or technical client engagement history
