Belgium Licensed EAP Counsellor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Counsellor (Klinisch Psycholoog) to join their clinical team in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone and video counseling and immediate support in a professional and ethical manner while respecting confidentiality
• Refer clients appropriately to external resources or within the organization as part of a holistic approach
• Maintain clear clinical documentation and develop concise treatment plans

Required Qualifications and Education:

• Master's degree in clinical psychology
• Registered with the psychologists' commission, clinical psychologist visa required
• Ability to provide short-term clinical interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• Experience in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is a plus
