Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to provide support for their Medi-Share program members and medical service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present accurate and sensitive information to callers with tact and grace
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while working with urgency
  • Meet monthly service objectives and embrace additional training and development
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience in a relevant industry (insurance, financial services, healthcare)
  • Preferred two years of high-volume contact center experience
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing is preferred
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire
