Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the strategy and operational infrastructure for key partner motions
- Develop and implement foundational program components, including partner incentives and rules of engagement
- Oversee operational processes for the partner lifecycle, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in channel programs, channel operations, or business development within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful channel partner programs
- Strong understanding of channel go-to-market motions and operational components
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
