Key Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel talent generation for Account Executive roles by building diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve pipeline quality and sourcing efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sourcing experience for Sales or GTM roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Proven success sourcing SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Account Executives
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using sourcing metrics to guide and improve strategy
