Key Responsibilities
  • Own top-of-funnel talent generation for Account Executive roles by building diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve pipeline quality and sourcing efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sourcing experience for Sales or GTM roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven success sourcing SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using sourcing metrics to guide and improve strategy
