A company is looking for a Google Workspace Customer Engineer (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery calls and design custom solutions for prospective clients
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for existing clients, ensuring account growth and satisfaction
- Design and deliver training sessions and enablement resources for users and administrators
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Google Workspace Administrator or Customer Engineer
- Deep expertise in the administration and security of the Google Workspace suite
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting role
- Proven track record in closing enterprise-level Google Workspace deals
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time for client meetings and events
