A company is looking for a Growth Manager - East Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and nurture relationships with distributor customers, driving training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Promote full usage of the platform, upselling features and ensuring distributor engagement
- Meet and surpass revenue targets by understanding distributor and restaurant operators' unique challenges and needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Foodservice, Hospitality, or Account Management
- Comfortable with long-term relationship management and driving incremental revenue
- Experience with CRM systems and business intelligence tools
- Proven experience in growth operations or sales operations, achieving growth targets
