Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap for the website and landing pages
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using various testing tools
- Analyze test results for statistical significance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth experimentation roles
- Proven track record of executing A/B and multivariate tests using testing platforms
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools
- Expertise in test planning and prioritization frameworks
- Familiarity with UX best practices and conversion-centered design principles
