Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to drive acquisition and revenue growth for its subscription fitness business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including audience strategy and performance review
- Develop daily performance reports and collaborate with Analytics for event instrumentation and testing
- Design structured experiments to improve subscription metrics and manage cross-functional planning
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in performance/growth marketing for DTC subscriptions, preferably in fitness or health
- BA in a related field or equivalent experience
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta with significant annual spending experience
- Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and dashboard creation
- Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms and a track record of improving key performance metrics
