Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth & Partnerships to drive fundraising growth and manage partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-value, multi-year fundraising opportunities and proposals
• Lead the institutional fundraising strategy to achieve $20 million in revenue growth over five years
• Act as a bridge between various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy integration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in grants management, partnerships, or major donor engagement
• Deep knowledge of philanthropy trends in climate, global health, or environmental justice
• Experience in developing partnerships with foundations, corporations, and individual givers
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and donor research tools
