Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the mid-market and enterprise go-to-market strategy, including segmentation and buyer journey mapping
- Design and scale demand generation programs that attract, engage, and convert target accounts
- Collaborate with sales to create programs that nurture opportunities and accelerate deal velocity
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM strategy focused on mid-market and enterprise segments
- Proven success in developing scalable GTM strategies that generate pipeline and revenue
- Deep understanding of the mid-market and enterprise sales cycle, including ABM
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in optimizing marketing performance
- Experience with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
