Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of growth campaign processes and evergreen marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day campaign operations and program management in collaboration with Program Managers
- Develop and execute a data-driven full lifecycle growth strategy for evergreen Ticket campaigns
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing
- 3-5 years of Campaign Management experience across owned & operated channels
- 3-5 years of data analytics and reporting experience for campaign optimization
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Creative teams
- Experience in agency management is a plus
