Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms
- Lead and manage paid social acquisition campaigns on multiple social media channels
- Establish tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks for performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on paid media experience in high growth B2C or DTC brands
- Proven track record managing monthly budgets of at least $300K
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus additional paid channels
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and multi-touch attribution models
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement AI tools for marketing optimization
