A company is looking for a VP of Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-channel global demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline for the sales organization
- Lead integrated campaign execution across various marketing channels and maintain a strong bias for action
- Own and manage the demand generation budget, making data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior demand generation leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing demand generation programs
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for team development
