Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service, Health Insurance Verification Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers seeking health insurance information
- Establish rapport and gather information to determine eligibility and interest
- Follow a scripted call flow to ensure accurate pre-qualification and transfer qualified callers to licensed agents
Required Qualifications:
- Must be located in the United States (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
- Must pass a background check
- Personal computer with Windows 11 operating system required
- Wired USB headset with microphone needed for calls
- Broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed is required
