Health Insurance Verification Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service, Health Insurance Verification Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers seeking health insurance information
• Establish rapport and gather information to determine eligibility and interest
• Follow a scripted call flow to ensure accurate pre-qualification and transfer qualified callers to licensed agents

Required Qualifications:

• Must be located in the United States (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
• Must pass a background check
• Personal computer with Windows 11 operating system required
• Wired USB headset with microphone needed for calls
• Broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed is required
