Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate with various stakeholders to respond to inquiries and obtain necessary documents
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and may coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically four to six years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of legal documents and closing policies related to loan processing
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
