Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers through coaching and performance feedback
• Ensure smooth client transitions from discovery through activation and handoff
• Set and track key performance indicators to inform proactive adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Implementation or Onboarding teams
• Experience in fast-paced, tech-enabled, or PropTech environments
• Ability to design scalable workflows and deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Comfortable working across multiple departments to align deliverables
