Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage sales and client relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas and non-financial performance KPIs
• Nurture leads and cultivate customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to grow market areas and manage the sales pipeline

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4-year college degree preferred
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Exceptional telephone skills and willingness to spend most of the workday on the phone
• Experience with CRM technology, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to work remotely
