Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Service Representative to promote products in the Migraine/Rheumatoid Arthritis space.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiates and answers inbound and outbound sales calls or electronic inquiries from prospective and existing customers
- Establishes business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians to support product success
- Resolves routine issues and follows standard practices in analyzing situations or data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university preferred
- 1-3 years of B2B/pharma/inside sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in a remote-only sales environment
- Experience with Salesforce and Veeva preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain customer relationships
