Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist II to support sales efforts and enhance account penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the Sales Force database with all sales activity
- Generate reports to track RFPs, meetings, and account penetration
- Research accounts to identify new opportunities and provide updates to the business development team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution
- Inside sales experience or related experience involving communication with potential clients
- Familiarity with managing a customer relationship database
- Preferable 1-2 years of experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO)
- Demonstrated persistence and good time management skills
