A company is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a US-based inside sales team, setting goals and evaluating performance
- Qualify inbound leads through outbound calls, SMS, email, and other tools
- Manage and own the sales pipeline while becoming a product expert
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of phone sales experience in an inside or outbound sales role
- Residency in Orlando
- Prior experience as a Team Lead and People Manager is preferred
- Experience in technology/SaaS sales, particularly with small business clients
- Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM for sales process management
