Insider Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insider Risk Analyst, Personnel Security (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate security and risk assessments, reviewing background checks and preparing detailed reports
• Develop and refine screening protocols to align with emerging threats and ensure compliance with legal frameworks
• Support general Insider Risk and Global Security operations, including investigations and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in background investigations, intelligence analysis, or risk assessment
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Knowledge of insider threat/risk practices and proficiency in open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
• Relevant certifications or training courses are preferred
