A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and implementation of training programs and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in products, policies, and processes
- Design and develop engaging courses, eLearning modules, and training materials
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications
- Instructional Design Certificate or 2-3 years of instructional design experience
- Experience with at least one eLearning authoring platform
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to conduct needs analysis and design curriculum that addresses learner and business needs
