Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and implementation of training programs and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in products, policies, and processes
• Design and develop engaging courses, eLearning modules, and training materials
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications

• Instructional Design Certificate or 2-3 years of instructional design experience
• Experience with at least one eLearning authoring platform
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to conduct needs analysis and design curriculum that addresses learner and business needs
