Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless and effective enrollment process for prospective clients into the program
• Act as the initial point-of-contact for calls from prospective clients and caregivers
• Manage a high open caseload and maintain regular communication with Case Management agencies regarding patient authorizations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Motivated to help patients and caregivers with a drive to exceed case targets
• Computer proficiency with strong typing skills
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position is preferred
