Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst in the Transmission and Distribution Products group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support and resolve issues for Transmission business units and applications
• Manage enhancement requests and collaborate with business units to gather requirements and develop specifications
• Oversee project management tasks, including work plan development, monitoring progress, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field, or 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Basic technological aptitude demonstrated through work experience or education
• Knowledge of project management concepts and tools
• Experience with testing processes, standards, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
