Key Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a specific team for client calls
• Make 16-24 completed calls per hour using predictive dialing equipment while following approved scripts
• Secure financial gifts from donors and maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet workspace free from household interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
