Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and problem-solving of a team to meet service levels and sales targets
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring delivery of superior customer experience
- Compile performance reports and act as a liaison between team members and management
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant people management experience
- High-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards
- Experience in providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR-related issues and conduct performance appraisals
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
