Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a plan to identify and acquire marquee accounts
- Develop and maintain detailed sales plans for revenue expansion
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and manage contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in acquiring large, complex accounts in a subscription-based model
- Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle management
- Proven capability to negotiate effectively and manage escalations
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms
- Ability to work with global accounts and navigate cultural differences
