Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and manage contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in acquiring large, complex accounts in a subscription-based model
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle management
  • Proven capability to negotiate effectively and manage escalations
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms
  • Ability to work with global accounts and navigate cultural differences
