Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Generative AI technologies
• Manage training schedules, track metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs
• Create user-friendly documentation and e-learning modules for GenAI tools and projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field; or relevant work experience
• 2 years of experience working with LLM operations
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technical training or adult education
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and project data types
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
