Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Assistant to manage contracts and support HR-related legal activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and prepare various legal agreements, including non-disclosure and employment contracts
  • Administer the contract management database and maintain a comprehensive database of legal documentation
  • Conduct legal research and assist with legal agreements and HR-related compliance documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus
  • Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare contracts
  • Familiarity with contract management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
  • Strong background in HR and labor law, with experience in employment-related legal activities
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
