Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare various legal agreements, including non-disclosure and employment contracts
- Administer the contract management database and maintain a comprehensive database of legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and assist with legal agreements and HR-related compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus
- Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare contracts
- Familiarity with contract management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
- Strong background in HR and labor law, with experience in employment-related legal activities
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
