A company is looking for a Remote Word Processor.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and format documents using various applications
- Input and revise all MS Office Documents and create master captions/Proofs of Service
- Quality check all work performed and convert/format documents to/from different file formats
Required Qualifications
- College coursework or equivalent experience in a legal secretarial field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional
- Experience with document management systems preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
