Key Responsibilities

• Research legal requirements and manage licensing and compliance for various product offerings based on federal and state laws
• Conduct thorough contract reviews to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including state insurance, finance, and data privacy laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Strong academic background in law, such as a Bachelor's degree, JD, LLM, or PhD in a legal field
• Ability to quickly synthesize and apply new information
