Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Determination Adjuster - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by being compassionate and supportive throughout the claims process
• Conduct thorough investigations of liability claims, including detailed reviews of damage and policy interpretation
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a smooth claims process

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of comprehensive on-the-job training
• Ability to work independently and confidently in investigating claims
• Experience in evaluating and negotiating claims settlements
• Familiarity with various communication channels for customer interaction
• Understanding of insurance policies and coverage determination
