Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster to join their team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process claims in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards
- Ensure claims meet or exceed daily adjudication goals to maintain workflow efficiency
- Provide guidance and oversight to non-licensed claims processors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Claims Adjuster or possess the ability to obtain licensure within six months
- Property and Casualty License is required
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Veterinary knowledge or experience reviewing medical records is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel is a plus
