Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls
• Participate in training and onboarding to ensure a successful integration into the team

Required Qualifications

• Must live within 75 miles of Fairfield, NJ
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in medical insurance or benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience using Windows-based applications like Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Must have a direct internet connection and a secure home workspace
