- Utilize multiple systems and portals to process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls
- Participate in training and onboarding to ensure a successful integration into the team
Required Qualifications
- Must live within 75 miles of Fairfield, NJ
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in medical insurance or benefits verification
- 1+ years of experience using Windows-based applications like Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
- Must have a direct internet connection and a secure home workspace
