A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist I - Integrated Bill.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support inquiries across various channels while maintaining high satisfaction rates
- Provide remote training on KipuEMR and Enterprise Billing Interface and develop knowledge transfer materials
- Establish relationships with client billing departments and advocate for customer insights within the organization
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles supporting SaaS products
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Medical industry knowledge and understanding of medical terminology are preferred
