A company is looking for a Consumer Engagement Advisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Care Services staff by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback
- Review consumer inquiries/feedback to enhance consumer service and report data
- Manage specialized consumer support activities via websites
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Receptive to coaching and feedback with a desire to learn and improve
