Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates, researches, and responds to formal complaints from various sources
- Reviews and compiles claim documents for File Sharing Requests
- Conducts timely reviews of policies written by Managing General Agencies
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive property and casualty insurance experience
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one during training
- Proficiency in managing formal and informal complaints across various coverage types
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with claims processes, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes
