Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Spanish Bilingual Medicare Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
- Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during peak times
- Serve as a consumer advocate and provide information on various insurance products offered by the company
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Accident & Health resident insurance license required; must obtain by a specified deadline if not already licensed
- Recent experience in insurance, call center, or work-from-home environments preferred
- Ability to complete AHIP and additional onboarding requirements by a given deadline
